Here we go again! I was a member since it was built. But.. 2 years ago my credit card number was changed because of fraud. I went to the drive through and the girl was rude by saying over the speaker the that my card declined, wow loud enough for people to hear. Somebody could have came out and asked me about it, or contacted me through the app earlier that day. Because of how I was treated I canceled all my cars. Last month I decided to give you another chance. I signed up only ONE of my vehicles, to see how it went. I have been going almost everyday, without a problem. Today I go in and the same thing happens.. she wants me to pull around because my account has been canceled. I called... the explanation this person gives me makes no sense. She said I didn't have an account on the car that I had been bringing almost everyday for a month. It was on another one of my vehicles, which is not the case. I am not sure which car they transferred it to on their own. I had 2 MB a BMW and 4Runner with them before I canceled originally. Went through the wash and paid $27 for “the works” so you’d think my car would be spotless. When I got home I noticed there was still dirt, grime, and bird poop on my car. The quality just isn’t there like it used to be and it’s unfortunate.

Can't get simple bugs off windows or bumper. Went thru twice. Find a better car wash somewhere else. You will be much happier.

With so much competition out there in the car wash space, I have found the best experience comes with Tommy’s Express Car Wash. I am an Unlimited Works member and with that comes unlimited washes each month for around $45 per month. And when I say “unlimited”, I mean UNLIMITED! I can go through the wash tunnel and use the free vacuums and mat washers as many times as I want, even multiple times per day. This is important for me as a full time professional driver. Also, there are so many locations in the Southwest Gulf-coast region, I never have to drive far to find a location to spruce up my vehicle. They locations celebrate their members with member appreciation days which give entries to a grand prize, a spin the wheel prize table and free drinks and snacks. I find a lot of value and convenience for the price I pay. Highly recommend!

Stopped by on a road trip after visiting an animal sanctuary and decided we needed a quick wash. $12 for a regular wash. Cashier offered an upgrade to the #1 for free washes for 1 month, but we don't live nearby, so it was more economical to just get the regular wash. Fast and friendly cashier. The automatic car took about 2 minutes. Free vacuums are available after you get your car washed. Greatly recommend if you need a fast wash and aren't near home 👍
